Tiny Steps to Install Ubuntu in your Lappy. . . . .

                   Hi  GuyzZZZ!   Here i'm showing you how to install UBUNTU in your Laptops.This tutorial is performed on a newly bought Hp Pavilion that has Core i3 & i5 fourth generation processor, 1TB SSD(solid-state drive), 4 GB RAM and 2 GB Nvidia graphics. I’ll cover all the steps that you need to do in order to successfully dual boot Linux with Windows 8 UEFI(Unified Extensible Firmware Interface).

Dual boot Ubuntu 14.04 with Windows 8.1:

There are various prerequisites to install Ubuntu on a UEFI system. Let’s see them one by one:

Step 1:Install Universal USB Installer & Ubuntu :
                                     Firstly download the latest Ubuntu OS(ISO File) by Clicking Here.The Universal USB Installer is a Live Linux USB Creator(simply a kind of Software) which can mount an Operating System into a Pen drive & make it as a Bootable USB Flash Drive with your select operating system installed.Download it by Clicking Here.Connect your Pen drive to laptop and mount Ubuntu into USB Installer as shown below & then click on create Button.

USB Installer->select Ubuntu in step1->browse Image file in Step2->Select Pendrive->Click on Create button->click ok to process...

Step 2: Make a Free Partition for installing Ubuntu:
                                       For installing Ubuntu ,you should have a seperate partition.So,make a free partition of minimum 50GB(Optional). For Eg..if you are having a partition of 100GB then first Shrink that partition and delete that partition completely,So that u can install OS in it that going to show in later Steps.

 goto disk management->Right click on selected partition->click Shrink->choose space->click ok->make that space to unallocated space...

step 3:Disable Secureboot(Win 8 & 8.1):
                                       This is the most important step. The new secure boot feature of Windows 8 & 8.1,
is a security feature for root kit viruses that prevents dual booting of Windows with Linux. To dual boot Windows 8 with Linux, we must disable secure boot in Bios Setup.
